It's time for an Upgrade
Since its release in 2010, the iPad has always been a venue for entertainment, with movies, books and music a swipe away. But each month, as Apple’s stock rises and sales figures continue to astonish, a significant transformation is happening right before our eyes: the iPad has grown into the shopping tool of choice.
In fact, two-thirds of all mobile shoppers are using iPads instead of desktops or mobile phones. And when they do, they’re spending more: iPad shoppers averaged $52.66 per item, double that of both desktop users ($21.86 per item) and other mobile users ($23.80).
